We're looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide internal support for employees for all our U.S. and International locations. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills and be passionate about technology and helping people. The Help Desk Analyst’s role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests through an in-house ticket tracking tool.
This is an entry level position with the opportunity for growth. It is ideal for someone who is looking to enhance their skills and experience working with a range of applications, hardware and technologies. The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a support background.
