This 1-day course connects the dots of incident history and regulation to design standards including RAGAGEP (Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices), device types and disposal methods, and the basics of PRFS project workflow. Case studies, lessons learned, and practical examples are incorporated throughout the course to demonstrate principles and enrich learning. After completing the course, the learner will understand the regulatory requirements, PRFS lifecycle management, and project workflow. Learners will also be able to identify common overpressure scenarios in pressure relief and flare systems.
