Gemma Dunjó, Ph.D.

Manager of Environmental Services

Dr. Dunjó oversees and manages environmental service offerings to ioMosaic’s chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical clients. She is also responsible for leading the company’s ISO 9001:2015 compliance and accreditation efforts, including coordinating, implementing, and enforcing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and strategies to improve procedures and project management. 

Dr. Dunjó has expertise in environmental auditing, HSE regulatory compliance, environmental modelling, environmental impact reports (EIR) and safety and risk management. She is also experienced in management systems compliance and integration, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001) and OSHA PSM. She is fluent in Spanish and Catalan; and limited proficiency in French.

She has strong professional skills in quantitative modelling, geographic information systems (GIS) application, system thinking and interdisciplinary research, with a Ph.D. focused in desertification, land degradation, mathematical modelling, forecasting and sensitivity analysis.
