Upon completion, you'll receive a PHA/HAZOP Leader Certification qualifying you to lead a PHA, and you will be knowledgeable in compliance guidelines as outlined in OSHA PSM 1910.119.

Attendees will be provided with PHA/HAZOP Team Leader concepts, techniques for effective facilitation targeted at full team participation, cover PHA revalidations, and much more. Virtual workshop exercises are also included, providing a hands-on experience of real-life PHA leadership activities. This training combines the flexibility of attending online sessions from home, the office or on the road with the energy of a live, expert instructor.

Part 2 Live Instructor-Led Training

The workshop is conducted in a one day session delivered live via Microsoft Teams in a safe, dynamic learning environment November 12, 2024, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm CDT.

Earn 2.4 CEUs/24 PDHs

Completion of Part 1 (online) and Part 2 (Microsoft Teams) of our PHA/HAZOP course earns PDH and CEU credits equivalent to full in-classroom training for PHA/HAZOP Leader.
