Hamed M.H. Al Nahawi

Senior Consultant

Mr. Al Nahawi is a chemical engineer focused on pressure relief and flare system design and analysis for large chemical and petrochemical companies. He is focused on pressure relief and flare system design and analysis for large chemical and petrochemical companies in the Middle East and the United States. He has participated in Green and Brown field projects in the oil and gas industry. He is fluent in Arabic and English.

Project Sampling

Performs emergency relief system (ERS) design for petrochemical and public utilities companies.

Knowledgeable in emergency relief codes and standards.

Experienced with the development of relief system mitigation options and provides advice to clients.

Knowledgeable in steady-state and dynamic simulations on vessels, column systems, and reactors based on regulatory standards for single and multiphase flow.

Experienced in flare system design, flare network construction, knock-out drum sizing, and flare tip sizing.

Experienced in Depressurization and Blowdown calculations.

Experienced in Dispersion, toxicity, and flammability analysis.

Experienced with Process Safety Office® SuperChems™, ASPEN HYSYS, DNV PHAST, and iPRSM for PRFS studies.
