Mr. Phillips is responsible for supporting ioMosaic's emergency relief system design services with a focus on offshore oil & gas, refining, and chemical clients. Working together with senior partners, he also plays a central role in managing Houston-area projects. He joins ioMosaic with over ten years of process safety engineering and project management experience. His extensive project portfolio includes performing as well as managing numerous pressure relief systems studies across all project lifecycles and for industries in the hydrocarbons, chemical, agriculture, and specialty nutrition sectors. He has worked with a range of client companies, both nationally and internationally. Mr. Phillips is an active member of American Petroleum Institute (API) and American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). He has authored and presented many industry articles and webinars pertaining to pressure relief and flare systems design and process safety management (PSM).
