Ms. Ruth brings to ioMosaic over 25 years of experience in the areas of strategic business, sales and marketing management operations for the oil and gas, process safety, architecture / engineering / construction, rail and manufacturing industries. In her role as Vice President, she works closely with leadership and management teams to execute ioMosaic’s business strategy, ensuring operational excellence company-wide. Ms. Ruth is a highly motivated senior executive team member and is committed to the success of ioMosaic.
Confident, passionate, and ‘lead by example’ leader, Ms. Ruth has a strong track record of establishing, developing, and retaining a high-performing and collaborative team. Her very strong communication skills are evident in her ability to build consensus and her talent for finding solutions to daily challenges. Through engaging events and digital communications, Ms. Ruth continues to reach new audiences and create new opportunities for ioMosaic.
Her focus on enhancing and maximizing value in all aspects of our day to day business operations led to her current role in operations. Prior to becoming Vice President , Ms. Ruth was Director of Marketing for ioMosaic, building and expanding our marketing programs and brand as well as supporting our sales and management teams. Ms. Ruth’s experience as a marketing executive for a startup company early in her career provided the foundation for her solid business acumen.
