The Risk Management Program (RMP) underwent substantial amendments that were announced by the EPA on March 11, 2024, and will go into effect on May 11, 2024.
This in-person workshop, co-organized by ioMosaic and Farley & Partners LLP, addresses the EPA’s changes to requirements related to Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP). OSHA's Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Process Safety Information (PSI) elements under the RMP Rule will also be covered.
Presenters Dr. Georges Melhem and Devon Downs will cover the key aspects and the challenges concerning relief system design requirements, and gap analysis which compares current operating conditions and engineering practices to the new regulatory requirements. A simulated PHA scenario review and other valuable insights will be included.
