SuperChems® Virtual Training

SuperChems™ Virtual Training Dec 2025

Join us from Tuesday, December 16, through Thursday, December 18, 2025, for this live instructor-led course and learn techniques for addressing relief sizing for various scenarios, relief piping system design, flare header modeling, and consequence modeling. The course will also share overviews of the Process Safety Office® SuperChems® v12.18 interface and its models.

SuperChems® has been significantly enhanced, with faster simulation of interlinked flow sheet dynamics, enhanced vessel wall dynamics, improved flash blocks, parallel piping layouts for gas vessels, integrated sound power levels, and global user warning limits – all greatly improving functionality.

This course is facilitated by Neal Dahlheimer, CPPM, a Senior Safety and Risk Management Consultant with years of technical experience in the chemical and petrochemical industries. His current focus is working on pressure relief system studies for refining corporations in the United States. Mr. Dahlheimer uses his knowledge of PRFS Codes and recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEPs) to help develop project guidelines for PRFS projects.
