Compliance and Risk Minimization Requires A Robust Asset Integrity Program

A Robust Asset Integrity Program

Dates:

As one of the 14 elements of the OSHA PSM standard, a comprehensive Asset Integrity (AI) program is fundamental for compliance and risk reduction. Despite this, during Process Safety Management regulation 29 CFR 1910.119 inspections, Asset Integrity findings (also known as Mechanical Integrity) remain at the top of OSHA's citation list. Properly trained teams help avoid the danger of incidents and help prevent citations, which in turn control costs.

ioMosaic’s new courses are filled with practical lessons to help employees develop the skills needed for developing proper Asset Integrity Management Systems (AIMS). Designed as a series, the courses will take the learner from a basic level of expertise to advanced:

  • Basic: foundational to the series and covers terminology, major concepts, and considerations
  • Intermediate: expands on their knowledge with a focus on codes and standards
  • Advanced: focuses on damage mechanisms

This training program follows a learning progression curriculum so employees learn real skills at their own pace, enabling them to thrive in the workplace. Learners who complete all three levels will receive Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) Expert Certification. ioMosaic is an IACET accredited provider, so you have both the reassurance and confidence that your employees are getting the best training. Training is completed incrementally on our easy-to-use online training platform Process Safety Learning®.
